No. You can book directly with a specialist, with no referral and no Form 17.
How soon can I get an appointment?
In most specialties you can be seen within 24-48 hours. For urgent appointments, call us and we will find the earliest slot.
Will my insurance reimburse the visit?
In most cases, yes. The visit is recognised by private insurers and by the health funds' supplementary plans, and the amount depends on your policy. At the end of the visit you receive a medical summary and a signed receipt for your claim, at no extra charge.
What should I bring to the visit?
An ID, medical summaries and previous test results related to your visit, and a list of your regular medications.

There is free parking in the shopping complexes next to the Ayala 360 complex.
