Dr. Sagit Arbel-Alon is a senior physician, a specialist in gynecology, subspecializing in gynecological oncology, who sees a mission in promoting women's health on a personal and national level. She founded and managed the Bat Ami Center for the treatment of victims of sexual assault. She served as secretary of the Department of Colposcopy and Cervical Diseases and managed the outpatient gynecological-oncological service at Hadassah.

She has been engaged in menopausal medicine for over 20 years and advises women in choosing contraceptives, making complex medical decisions and at life crossroads in this field. Dr. Arbel Alon has over 30 years of clinical experience in personal, professional, sensitive care with a unique approach to women. She won the Ido Yatziv Award for human excellence in medicine. Dr. Arbel Alon also has expertise in medical administration and is engaged in management and policy-making roles in parallel with her clinical work.
