He brings many years of expertise in managing complex lung diseases, respiratory disorders, sleep-related breathing problems, and a wide range of intricate medical conditions — with a professional, compassionate, and multidisciplinary approach.
Currently, Dr. Abdel-Rahman serves as the Head of the Bronchoscopy Unit (Interventional Pulmonology) at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem, where he leads a multidisciplinary team specializing in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using state-of-the-art technologies, including endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) and complex minimally invasive interventions.
Throughout his career, he has held several senior leadership positions, including:
