Dr. Netanel Steinberg is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a unique subspecialty in foot and ankle surgery. He brings extensive clinical and surgical experience in treating injuries, fractures, deformities, and degenerative conditions affecting this complex area of the body.
Throughout his career, Dr. Steinberg has developed deep expertise in advanced surgical techniques, minimally invasive procedures, and innovative technologies that help patients regain mobility and return to an active lifestyle.
He completed his foot and ankle fellowship at the prestigious Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney, Australia — one of the world’s leading centers in the field. His orthopedic residency was conducted at Wolfson Medical Center, where he now serves as a senior physician in the Foot and Ankle Unit.
In addition to his hospital work, Dr. Steinberg performs surgeries at Assuta and treats patients through Israel’s major health funds (Clalit and Maccabi).
Beyond his clinical work, he regularly participates in international courses and professional training programs in Europe, staying current with the latest developments in orthopedic care. He has received multiple awards for excellence during both his military service and medical career, including recognition as an Outstanding Medical Officer by the Israeli Air Force.
